摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore an effective operative method for external pancreatic fistula. Methods Clinical course and outcome of 12 patients with external pancreatic fistula undergoing Roux - en - y fistulojejunostomy were retrospectively reviewed.Results No case was dead during the operation,and all the cases restored their digestive function and achieved clinical healing after the operation. Neither acute pancreatitis nor reflux infection occurred. Conclusion The external pancreatic fistulas can be cured by Roux - en - y fistulojejunostomy, which is simple,safe and effective.关键词
