Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of first aid training model of doctor-nurse teamwork in obstetrics department.Methods After pre-training publicity, a first aid training group equipped with procedures of first aid nodel of doctor-nurse teamwork was established, and then the traning was conducted among all the nurses and doctors in obstetrics department with methods such as lectures and video-watching.A self-designed questionnaire and a theory and skill test were applied after the training.Results All the 45 participants of the training improved obviously in first aid theory as well as skill, which indicated statistic significance (P＜0.01).The survey suggested that the training benefited the strengthening of first aid skill and teamwork spirit.Conclusion First aid model of teamwork is practicable and effective which is beneficial to the first aid competence of doctors and nurses and quality of first aid.关键词
