摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of case management on endocrine treatment compliance of patients with breast cancer.Methods Control group involved 63 patients receiving endocrine treatment from September 2008 to August 2009 and experiment group included 63 patients who accepted endocrine treatment September 2009 to March 2010.Case manager offered comprehensive nursing for patients in experiment group.Results Patients' compliance to endocrine treatment in two groups indicated remarkably statistic difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of case management in endocrine treatment among breast cancer patients can effectively improve patients' compliance and lover the risk of disease recurrence, which eventually extend their lifetime.关键词
