我院209例药品不良反应报告分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the status of adverse drug reactions (ADR) in our hospital in order to promote rational drug use in clinic.Methods By the retrospective study, 209 cases of ADR report in our hospital were collected and analyzed in aspects of age and sex, drug varieties, route of administration and clinical manifestation.Results Of all the ADR cases reported in our hospital, 73.21％ were induced by anti-infective drugs, 10％ by traditional Chinese medicines.78.95％ were caused by intravenous drip.The main manifestations of ADR were skin lesions (54.01％).Conclusion The use of anti-infective drugs should be rationally controlled in clinical medication.The traditional Chinese medicines should be used cautiously.Furthermore, monitoring of ADR should be strengthened to reduce the occurrence of ADR.关键词
