四季三黄片中黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱含量的同时测定OACSTPCD
Simultaneous Determination of Content of Baiealin and Berberine Hydrochloride in Sijisanhuang Tablets
目的 同时测定四季三黄片中黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱的含量.方法 采用Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相A为2%的三乙胺溶液(用磷酸调节pH=3.0),流动相B为乙腈,二元梯度洗脱,柱温35℃,检测波长263 nm.结果 黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱进样量分别在0.112 3～2.246 0 μg和0.099 2～1.984μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率黄芩苷为99.24%,盐酸小檗碱为99.88%.结…查看全部>>
Objective To determine the content of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride in Sijisanhuang Tablets simultaneously.
