摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish HPLC method for determination of ferulic acid in Tongmai Granules. Methods Chromatographic column is Dionex C18 column( 250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm ); the mobile phase is methanol -1％ acetic acid solution (30 ∶ 70); and the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min; the wavelength is 321 nm. Results The average recovery rate is 98. 72％ ,the relative standard difference (RSD) is 0. 73％ , the linear range of ferulic acid is 0. 507 - 15. 210 μg/mL,and the system precision is 0. 01％. Conclusion It is available to control the quality of Tongmai Cranules by applying HPLC to determine the content of ferulic acid.关键词
