摘要
Abstract
The power amplifier of one military shortwave radio is designed. The index of designed broadband low-voltage power amplifier is introduced, the theories involvect in the power amplifier design are discussed and researched, and the related single tube test of the selected tuhe is performed on the condition that S parameters of the relevant circumstances did not provided by manufacturers. The optimized parameter results are given, the hardware debug of the power amplifier is carried on,and the test results are proposed.关键词
