摘要
Abstract
A design proposal of simple two-channel digital oscilloscope is introduced. Taking the AT89S52 micro- controller as the control, processing the input signal by preprocessing circuit, and via a high-speed A/D converter ADC0809 to realize the real-time signal sampling, data processing, storage and display on the LCD and set functions by using keyboard. The design has been achieved a storage and re-display of waveform. comparison of dual-channel signal in real-time, and sensitivity improvement by program-controlled amplification. Test results show that the design of the system is stable, has high frequency measurement, clear waveform, high reliability, low cost, and high practical value.关键词
