Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of closed renal trauma. Methods A retrospective analysis of 173 patients with renal trauma was carried out. Results 98,51 and 24 patients were examined by B - ultrasonography, CT and intravenous pyelography,respectively. Their positive ratios were 81.6 ％, 100 ％ and 70.8 ％, respectively. 131 cases were cured by expectant treatment. Among all the patients, 171 ones were cured,2 ones died. 121 patients had been followed up for 1 - 5 years with normal urine routine and renal function. Conclusion B - ultrasonography can be conveniently used as a primary assessment of renal injury. CT diagnosis is accurate and will be helpful for correctly evaluating the degree of the closed renal trauma and detecting any coexistent injury. Reasonable expectant treatment is a key method to treat closed renal trauma.关键词
