主动模拟肺的运动及控制部分仿真研究
Control and Movement Portions of Active Servo Lung Simulation Research

Abstract
Objective The ventilator test system based on active servo lung can assessment the performance of ventilator under different conditions. The analysis and simulation of the motion and control portions are necessary during designing of this system. These studies will provide guidance on system designing, creation different respiratory model, and also lay a solid foundation for further research and functionally expansion. Methods We analyzed the mathematical model of the stepper motor, screw, sliding table and piston friction. Then, the simulation model was established in the SimuLink, using the PID for the stepper motor. Finally, the breathing data of a fibrotic patient was test on the simulation model. Results After initiative tests, the simulation model achieve relative accurate control and can achieve the initial respiratory motion simulation. Conclusion The simulation model established can reflect the real movement and control of the active servo lung. This model can take the initiative simulation lung movement, and provides a good analysis platform for next step study.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2011,32(8): 1-3]关键词
