摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of different dialysis modalities on the nutrition status of maintenance hemodilysis patients. Methods Twenty - eight hemodilysis patients were randomly divided into three groups and received hemodialysis ( the HD group, 10 cases ), hemodiafiltration and hemodialysis ( the HD + HDF group, 8 cases ), and hemoperfusion and hemodialysis ( the HD + HP group, 10 cases ) respectively for one year. Malnutrition inflammation score ( MIS ), albumin ( AIB ), total protein ( TP ), iron - binding capacity ( IBC ), serum creatinine ( SCr ), blood urea nitrogen ( BUN ), total cholesterol ( TC ), Hb, lymphocyte counts ( LC ), and Kt/V before and after treatment among the three groups were compared. Results MIS before treatment displayed no significant differences among the three groups ( P = 0.821 ); after one year of treatment, MIS of the HD + HDF group and the HD +HP group were remarkably lower than that of the HD group ( P < 0.01 ) while no significant difference was noted between the HD +HDF group and the HD + HP group ( P>0.05 ). Before treatment, ALB ,TP, Kt/V, LC, TC, Hb among the three groups were not significantly different ( P > 0.05 ); after one year of treatment,ALB, TP, Hb, LC notably increased in the HD +HDF group and the HD + HP group in comparison with the HD group ( P <0.01 ), while differences in Kt/V and TC among the three groups were not statistically significant ( P > 0.05 ). Conclusion Hemodiafiltration or hemoperfusion associated with hemodilysis is considered as satisfiable method of choice for maintenance hemodilysis.关键词
