抑癌基因PTEN和血管内皮生长因子-C表达与乳腺癌淋巴管密度的相关性及其临床意义
Relationships between the expression of tumor suppressor gene PTEN and vascular endothelial growth factor-C and the lymphatic vessel density of breast cancer and their clinical significance

Abstract
Obkective : To study the relationships between the expression of rumor suppressor gene PTEN and vasular endothlial growth factor-C(VEGF-C)and the lymphatic cessel density(LVD)of tumor strom a in breast cancer and their clinical significance.Methods:The ecpression of PTEN ,CEGF-C and lymphatic cessel endothelial hyaluronan receptor 1(LYVE-1)was exam ined by Elivision immunohistochemistry in 90 cases of breast invasive ductal cancer tissues and 30 cases of breastfibroadnoma.To calculate the density of breast cancer stromalymphatic vessl marked with LYVE-1and analyze the relationships between PTEN,VEGF-C and LVD.Results:In breast cancer ,the positive ecpression incidences of PTEN and VEGF-C were respectively 48.9,47.8, and the LVD was(8.132.26)/HPF,which all differerntiate apparently those of the benign control group(P0.01).In breast cancer tissues,the positive incidence of PTEN decreased with emergence of lymphnode metastasis and rise of clinical stage(P0.05).The positive incidence of VEGF-C increased with emergence of lynphnode metasiasis and rise of clinical stage in breast cancer (P0.05).The LCD in breast cancer of PTEN positive was kwer than that in group of PTEN negative(P0.05).The LVD in breast of VEGF-C positive was higher than that in group of VEGF-C negative(P0.01).The VEGF-C positive incidence in breast cancer of PTEN positive was bwer than that in group of PTEN negative(P0.05).Conclusion:The abnomal expression of PTEN and VEGF-C closely correlates with the strom a LVD of breast cancer,which plays an important role in the lymplangiogenesis ,invasion and metatasis of breast cancer.关键词
