青少年亚健康多维评定问卷在库区中学生中的应用考评
Evaluation of the Multidimensional Sub-health Questionnaire of Adolescents

Abstract
Objective To evaluate reliability and validity of the Multidimensional Sub - health Questionnaire of Adolescents ( MSQA ) . Methods The stratified cluster random sampling was taken for choosing 1522 middle school students from Chongqing Three Corges reservoir areas. All the students were surveyed with MSQA, and one week later, 218 of them were retested with the MSQA and also with Symptom Check List -90 ( SCL - 90 ) and Cornell Medical Index ( CMI ). Test - retest reliability and internal consistency reliability were used to evaluate reliability of MSQA , and construct validity and criterion - related validity were used to evaluate validity of MSQA. Results The test - retest correlation coefficients of whole questionnaire, somatic sub - health domain, mental sub - health domain and each dimension were 0.941 , 0.926 , 0.901 , 0.838, 0.822 , 0.831 ,0.923 , 0.913 and 0. 934 respectively ( P＜0.01 ). The Cronbach's α coefficient and split - half reliability coefficient of whole MSQA questionnaire were 0.961 and 0.938 respectively. The Cronbach's α coefficient of each dimension and each domain of MSQA were 0.711 ～ 0.921, while split - half reliability coefficient were 0.697 ～ 0.915. The correlation coefficient of each dimension and its domain were 0.813 ～0.952 ( P ＜ 0.01 ). The correlation coefficient between total score of mental symptom of SCL-90 and total score of mental sub - health domain of MSQA was 0.766 ( P ＜ 0.01 ). The correlation coefficient between total score of somatic sub - health of CMl and total score of somatic sub - health of MSQA was 0.575 ( P ＜ 0.01 ). Conclusion MSQA has a good reliability and validity, and it may he taken as an instrument to assess sub - health of middle school students of Three Gorges reservoir areas.关键词
