三种方法治疗小腿足踝部皮肤软组织缺损的临床应用分析
Application of Three Methods for Treating Soft Tissue Defects in the Shank and Ankle-Foot
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of three methods in treating soft tissue defects in the shank and ankle - foot. Methods From May 2005 to February 2009 , 36 cases of soft tissue defects in the shank and ankle - foot received treatment of three methods : small saphenous vein - sural nerve vascular fasciocutaneous flap surgery ( group A ) , three -connected - flap surgery ( group B ) and flap island surgery with retrograde superficial sural vein and artery ( group C ) . Results Cure rates among the three groups showed no significant differences ( P ＞ 0.05 ) . Incidence rate of complications among the three groups ( group A: 66.7％ ; group B: 58.3％ ; group C: 75.0％ ) showed no significant difference ( P ＞ 0.05 ). Conclusion Curative effects of all the three methods for treating soft tissue defects in the shank and ankle foot are similarly remarkable. These methods are worth promoting in grassroots hospitals.关键词
