摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine the content of astilbin in Smilax glabra Roxb from different places in Cuangxi. Methods HPLC method was used. A Zorbax SB -C18(250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm) column was used with the mobile phase of methanol - 0. 1％ acetic acid glacial(34 ∶ 66) , the detecting wavelength was at 291 nm. Results The content of astilbin in Smilax glabra Roxb of different place has large difference. But all conform to 2010 edition China Pharmacopoeia. Conclusion This method can provide a scientific index for effective development and utilization of Smilax glabra Roxb in the region.关键词
