摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the compatible stability of pediatric Compound Amino Acid Injection(18AA- Ⅰ) mixed with 5％ Sodium Bicarbonate Injection,and to provide a reference for clinical compatibility.Methods simulating the clinical use,the appearance, pH and particulate matter changes of the mixed solutions were observed in 0-5 h.Results No significant change in appearance, but pH was changed in the range of 6.73-7.06; the number of particulate matter increased significantly in 3-5 h.Conclusion Pediatric Compound Amino Acid Injection( 18AA- Ⅰ ) should be used separately in order to avoid the increase number of particulate matter which caused the rise of incidence rate of adverse reactions.关键词
