摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a differential spectrophotometry method for determining the content of the promethazine hydrochloride in its syrup. Methods The content of promethazine hydrochloride was examined by utilizing differential spectrophotometry at the detection wavelength of 336. 5 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 10. 00 -50. 02 μg/mL( r =0. 999 9); the average recovery rate was 99. 82％ , RSD =0. 23％ ( n =6) . Conclusion It is a simple, accurate, reliable, reproducible and specific method for determining the promethazine hydrochloride in its syrup.关键词
