摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method to determine astragaloside in Xianqixuanning Granules. Methods HPLC - ELSD was used to directly determine astragaloside on Phenomenex Gemini C18 ( 250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm) column. Using methanol -water (80 ∶ 20) as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The temperature of drift tuhe for ELSD was 45 ℃ and the flow rate of gas was 3.0 L/min. Results Good linear relation of logA with log W was achieved when the sample size of astragaloside ranged at 25. 52 - 127. 6 μg, r = 0. 999 3. The average recovery of astragaloside was 96. 89％ , RSD was 1. 44％ ( n =6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducihle. It can be used as the quality control method of Xianqixuanning Granules.关键词
