Abstract
Since 2009 , Chengjiaqiao Community Health Service Center in Shanghai had firstly performed on trial the family doctor service system under the general practitioners team model. In this study , based on the practice , we define the concept of the family doctor service system under the general practitioners team model at present, set up clear target for work and organization frame of family doctor services, standardize the working contents and methods, and also assess the performance of work results. The findings show that, at present, to develop the family doctor service system under the general practitioners team model is suitable for requirement of community health reform and medical reform in Shanghai , and it is accepted satisfactorily by the community residents. Nevertheless, strong policy supports is needed, post allowance special for family doctors should be set up,propaganda be enhanced, professional training be intensified, and information sharing for family doctors be tried out.关键词
