社区腰痛转诊指征的应用试验研究
Trial Application of Referral Indicators for Lumbago in Community
摘要
Abstract
Objective To assess the feasibility and practicability of "referral indicators for lumbago in community"through its trial application. Methods A non - randomized clinical controlled trial was used to classify the lumbago patients into two groups. The patients in the trial group were referred by the general practitioners according to the formulated referral indicators for lumbago ; while those in the control group were still referred according to the conventional judgment, the accurate rates of referral were compared hetween the two groups by follow - up; the contents of referral indicators were perfected through focus group discussion. Epidata 3.0 software was used for data import, and SPSS 13.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results ( 1 ) Lumbar degenerative diseases ( 46.5％ and 57.4％ respectively ) and psoas muscle diseases ( 30.7％ and 19.4％ respectively ) were the main diseases in both the trial group and the control group. ( 2 ) The differences between the two groups in process of diagnosis and treatment of lumbago patients, and correct rates of diagnosis and referral were statistically significant ( P＜0.05 ). ( 3 ) Through focus group discussion, the content of the referral indicators of lumbago was further improved. Conclusion The referral indicators for lumbago can help the general practitioners to make correct judgment of diagnosis and referral so that the relative patients can be referred timely and correctly. Nevertheless, it still has some shortcomings that need to be further improved.关键词
