摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of recombinant human erythropoietin ( thEPO ) on neurons regeneration after intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Fourty - one inpatients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups, both of which received routine treatment. Besides, patients in the treated group received thEPO 5000U/d through lumbar intrathecal injection on day 1, 4, 7, 10, 14, 17, and 21. Fasting peripheral venous blood of the two groups were obtained on the morning of day 1 , 4, 7, 10, 14, 17 , and 21 for the purpose of VEGF and bFGF detection. Neural function changes of the patients were evaluated with Europe Stroke Scale ( ESS ). Results Differences of VEGF and bFGF between the two groups showed no statistical significance on day 1 and day 4 ( P > 0.05 ) and became statistically significant on day 7, 10 , 14, 17 , and 21 ( P < 0.05 ). Differences of ESS between the two groups showed no statistical significance on day 1, 4m and 7 ( P >0.05 ) and became statistically significant on day 10, 14, 17 , and 21 ( P <0.05 ). Conclusion Lumbar intrathecal injection of recombinant human erythropoietin can promote neurons regeneration after intracerebral hemorrhage.关键词
