中国沿海地区台风灾害损失评估研究
Losses Assessment of Typhoon Disaster in China Coastal Areas

Abstract
As an important area and strategic focus of population concentration, national economy and society development, coastal zone could be stricken fiercely and fatally by losses caused by typhoon disasters. Study on losses assessment of typhoon disasters in coastal area is thus proved to be quite urgent. Based on date concerning typhoon disasters during 1990 to 2007, representational indexes are selected to attempt establish a loss assessment model and typhoon disaster losses and their relationships with disaster-causing factors in coastal areas are analyzed and evaluated. Results show that the losses present a descending trend in most of the coastal areas, each with different extents. The descending extent is lower than 10％ in Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Hainan provinces. The average losses among 18 years are relatively higher in Zhejiang, Fujiang and Guangdong provinces. The frequency,intensity of wind and rain and the losses of typhoon disaster are heavier in the southern areas of Shanghai.关键词
