痔瘘熏洗剂治疗火毒炽盛型低位肛周脓肿术后创面临床观察
Zhilou Decoction Fumigating for Post-operation Wound Surface of Low Perianal Abscess with Virulent Fire Blazing Syndrome: A Clinical Observation

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hip bath with Zhilou Decoction, a traditional Chinese medicine preparation, in the treatment of wound surface of low perianal abscess complicated with virulent fire blazing syndrome after an operation of incision and drainage. Methods A total of 40 patients were averagely randomized into the treatment group and the control group: 20 patients in the treatment group were treated with hip bath with Zhilou Decoction, and the other 20 patients in the control group were treated by Pifukang Lotion, a patent traditional Chinese medicine for external application. The therapeutic effects were evaluated 3 weeks after the treatment. Results The therapeutic effects of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group in reducing wound exudate, eliminating pus and slough, and promoting the healing of wound surface(P＜0.05, or P＜0.01). Conclusion Zhilou Decoction fumigating has marked effects in treating post-operation wound surface of low perianal abscess complicated with virulent fire blazing syndrome.关键词
