正交试验法优选桔梗总皂苷的提取工艺
Optimization of Extraction Technology of Total Saponins in Radix Platycodonis by Orthogonal Design
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of total saponins from Radix Platycodonis.Methods The yield of extractum, and the contents of total saponins were served as indicators. An orthogonal design was used to investigate the effects of the volume of solvents, extraction time, and extraction times. Results The optimum extraction process was as follows: adding 8 times of water, extracting 3 times, 2.0 h every time. Conclusion The optimized technology for the extraction of total saponins from Radix Platycodonis is stable, reasonable, and feasible.关键词
