成都地区社区心衰患者家庭支持基线调查
Baseline investigation on family support for community heart failure patients in Chengdu
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the baseline family support status of the community heart failure patients in Chengdu, in order to the more effective intervention models for these patients.Methods Cluster sampling method was used to investigate the heart failure patients ( New York Heart Function Ⅱ ～ Ⅳ) in two communities in Chengdu.All the patients ( total 165 numbers) received questionnaire survey.Results The family structure: the proportion of patients lived alone was 8.5 ％, the patients loss of spouse or divorce and lived with children or nurse was 17％ , and patients lived with whole family was 74.5％.The weight of family members participated administration: Spouse was 60.4 ％ , children were 32.9％ , and the relations 、friends 、 nurses or by patient himself was 6.7 ％.The level of family members participated administration: 11.2％ totally, 50.3 ％ occasionally, and 38.5％ absolutely not.The level of need for family support in patients: the proportion of need much was 10.9％ , need was 25.5％ , no need was 62.4％ ,and absolutely not was 1.2％.And there were some positive relationships between the age and level of disease of patients and the need for family support.Conclusion Spouse was the capital family supporter for community heart failure patients in Chengdu, and their children were the second family supporters.The family support was deficiency, and the majority heart failure patients thought they didn' t need the family supports.But the elder and serious symptomatic patients were eager for family supports.It' s a big problem that the family supports for the patients who lived alone.So it' s a long and heavy load to administrate the community heart failure patients with family support.关键词
