Abstract
Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics and surgical treatment experience of spontaneous rupture of esophagus(SRE) , and to improve the standard of diagnosis and treatment. Methods The clinical data of 17 cases of SRE admitted from September 2007 to September 2010 was retrospectively analyzed. Results 10 cases were cured and 3 cases died in 13 cases of SRE underwent surgery. 4 cases were cured by implating all-coverd stent. Conclusion SRE is an emergency of thoracic surgery with frequent misdiagnosis and higher mortality. The early diagnosis and proper surgical treatment are the best way to cure SRE.关键词
