摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of gamma knife radiotherapy for primary hepatocellular carcinoma on liver function. Methods To observe the variation of the Child-Pugh grade,blood clotting function and biochemical indexes on 67 patients who are cured by Gamma Knife after six months. Results After 3 months of which cured by gamma knife, the Child-Pugh grade raised . serologic ALB declined. PT, APTT and TT of blood clotting function prolength, and serologic ALT. AST and AKP raised.All of the indexes had statistic difference. Furthermore , 4 patiets had radioactive hepatic injury. The indexes of above-mentioned improved prominently after 6 months of cured by gamma knife radiotherapy. Conclution Hepatic injury which was treated by gamma knife radiotherapy was most serious after 3 months , but it recovered after 6 months. This study indicated that most of primary hepatocellular carcinoma patients' liver fuctions could tolerate by gamma knife radiotherapy so long as we know well of the indication.关键词
