29例电视胸腔镜辅助小切口心脏手术的体外循环报告
Extracorporeal circulation of cardiac operation with video-assisted thoracoscopy-29 cases

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To summarize the experience of extracorporeal circulation ( ECC ) of cardiac operation with video -assisted thoracoscopy. METHODS From Sep. 2008 to Oct. 2010, 29 patients ( 7 males and 22 females ) underwent cardiac operation with video -assisted thoracoscopy in our department. 16 of them underwent atrial septal defect repaire, 12 mitral valve replacement and one mitral valvuloplasty. All cases underwent cardiac operation with ECC and general anaesthesia. The flow of ECC was about to 60 - 80 ml/( kg · min ) under moderate hypothermia ( 28 - 32℃ ). Cold blood cardioplegia ( 20 ml/kg/30min ) was delivered. RESULTS The ECC duration was 50 - 244 ( 122 ± 50 ) min and aortic cross clumping duration was 20 - 137 ( 71 ± 33.2 ) min. All returned spontaneously after cross clamping release, successfully weaned from ECC. All patients recovered well and discharged uneventfully. CONCLUSION For the specificity of cardiac operation with video - assisted thoracoscopy, a reasonable ECC management can make the most of its advantages.关键词
