不同产地南板蓝根抗病毒作用的研究
Study on pharmacological functions of Radix Isatidis grown in different regions
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the antiviral effect of the Baphicacanthis cusiae Rhizoma et Radix which come from different producing areas.Methods:The animal model that the mice infected with influenza virus FM1,rabbits and mice infected with herpes simplex virus type Ⅰ(HSV -1) were established,comparing the antiviral effects of different sources of the Baphicacanthis cusiae Rhizoma et Radix. Results:The Baphicacanthis cusiae Rhizoma et Radix which are from Zhanjiang, Shaoguan had significantly extend the mice which infected with influenza virus FM1 survival time and reduce the rate of experimental animals dead; different sources of the Baphicacanthis cusiae Rhizoma et Radix significantly improved the scores of keratitis in rabbits with lesions infected with HSV-1 in 7 d, 14 d, significantly prolonged the average survival time of mice infected with HSV-1, significantly reduced brain tissue of mice infected with HSV antigen positive.Conclusion:The Baphicacanthis cusiae Rhizoma et Radix have antiviral activity, there are some differences between different sources, and the role of Shaoguan produce the best, Zhanjiang, Jiangmen produce better, Meizhou production followed.关键词
