摘要
Abstract
According to the BSC theory, the six key factors were determined which decided the effect of the military supply chain, which was used more and more widely. Further more the SOM model wais established,through which the 24 swatch vectors, which were composed of the grades of the six factors, were classified into 4 sorts, also with the evaluation standards establishing. At last, the example for application indicated the rationality of the model.关键词
