摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of self-assessment in nursing training in Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing. Methods l01 nursing undergraduates were divided into experiment group and control group. In experiment group, self-assessment was introduced to which leads students to conduct self-evaluation and autonomous learning while traditional teaching was utilized in control group. Students' nursing skill in two groups was compared and a questionnaire was applied as well. Results Students in experiment group performed better in the evaluation of nursing skills (P<0.05). Conclusion With self-assessment, teaching quality is enhanced and students' active study is promoted, which benefits the cultivation of qualified nursing talents.
