Abstract
Objective To discuss the management to improve the nursing quality of TC M single disease.Methods A TCM nursing panel involving 42 members, among which were one director of nursing department for general operation, nine members of TCM nursing comnittee for organization, coordination and evaluation and 32 TCM liaisons who were allocated in each nursing unit for the promotion, training and testing of each single disease was established.Since 2010, every two diseases had been allocated to each nursing unit, in which a new nursing management model involving nursing department, TCM nursing committee, and TCM liaisons was applied.Results The new nursing model involving two diseases in each nursing unit was effective and equipped with complete materials which delivered the benefits to nurses theoretically and practically in each nursing unit.Since the establishment of this new model, a total of 42 projects of TCM nursing care had been implemented and of this total, 9 were approved by organizations at different levels.The average score of quality control of TCM single disease was up from 31.25 to 79.16.Conclusion The establishment of evaluation standard of TCM single disease and new nursing model benefit the management as well as nurses.C ontinuous quality improvement of TCM single disease improves nursing quality of TCM single disease.关键词
