摘要

Abstract

Investigation of rodent-borne pathogens was performed in seven ports on the borders between China and Russia for finding out the situation of rodent-borne pathogens. RT-PCR was employed to detect Hantavirus RNA from rodent's lung tissues, and PCR was used to detect the DNA of Yersinia pestis , Francisella tularensi and R. mooseri from rodents' liver or spleen, and also the DNA of Leptospira from rodents' kidney. Total antibody of haemorrhagic fever virus was detected by ELISA. Colloidal gold was used to detect the antihodys of Yersinia pestis , Leptospira , Francisella tularensi and R. mooseri. All the results of DNA or RNA or antibodies, detected by PCR or RT-PCR, of Yersinia pestis, Leptospira, Francisella tularensi and R. mooseri , were negative. However, 3 cases in nucleic acid detection and 8 cases in total antibody detection of haemorrhagic fever virus were positive. Hemorrhagic fever should be of notice at Fuyuan port of China and Bushi and Haba ports of Rassia.
