摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of color doppler ultrasound in monitoring percutaneous nephrolithotripsy. Methods Thirty-eight patients with renal calculus under color doppler ultrasound from Oct. 2009 to Oct. 2010 in order to choose an optimal percutaneous approach. The channel of percutaneous renal biopsywas constituted. All the patients were performed with MPCNL. Retrospective analysis was performed for the clinical data such as operation time, stone clearance rate and complications. Results 37-case operations were successful and the exact location of kidney calculi was clearly showed by color doppler ultrasound. The operation time was between 50 and 160 minutes, with mean 95 minutes. After 2 or 3 months, no calculus recured. One case was changed for elective surgery.Conclusions The combined pneumatic and ultrasound location appears to be efficacious and safe for disintegrating and removing renal calculi.关键词
