摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the alterations of peripheral blood T lymphocytes subgroup in verrucous gastritis patients and observe intervention effect with Armillariella oral solution in these patients. Methods Peripheral blood CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 + lymphocytes of 30 verrucous gastritis and 30 superficial gastritis patients were analyzed by flow cytometry and that of 30 verrucous gastritis patients were reanalyzed after having been intervened with Armillariella Oral Solution. Results Both of CD3 + and CD8 + lymphocytes percentages in peripheral blood of verrucous Gastritis patients were lower than of superficial gastritis patients respectively, the CD3 + lymphocytes difference between verrucous gastritis and superficial gastritis patients disappeared after having been intervened with Armillariella Oral Solution. The number of CD4 + lymphocytes in peripheral blood of HP positive verucous gastritis patients was significantly higher than that of HP negtive , but this difference disappeared after intervention with Armillariella oral solution. There were no obvious differences in the numbers of CD3 + ,CD4 + ,CD8 + lymphocytes respectively between verrucous gastritis patients with and without btile reflux. Conclusion Abnormalities of T lymphocytes subgroup might exist in peripheral blood of verrucous gastritis patients and Armillariella Oral Solution seemed to improve T lymphocytes immunity of these patients.关键词
