摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Benazepril on plasma brain natriuretic peptide and left ventricular function in patients with chronic hear t failure. Methods 95 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group( n = 50) and the control group( n = 45 ) . The patients of control group were treated with routine drugs ( digitalis, diuretics and vasodilator) and these of treatment group were treated with Benazepril additionally. Brain natriuretic peptides( BNP), left ventricular ejective fraction ( LVEF) and left ventricular diastolic diameter ( LVDD) were measured at haseline and after the 12 weeks' treatment. Results The levels of BNP were decreased after the treatment. Those of patients in treatment group were lower than the controlgroup. LVEFs of patients with Benazepril treatment were increased and the LVDDs were decreased. Conclusion Benazepril can suppress neurohumoral over activation in patients with CHF. It can significantly improve the patients left ventricular function.关键词
