摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinic significance of 6 species anti-cancer drug susceptibility of which carcinoma cells and leukocyte in hydrogaster of advanced hepatoma. Methods CCK-8 is used to examine the cells inhibition which induced hy anti-cancer drugs. Results Inhibition of carcinoma cells from hydrogaster induced by carboplatin, cisplatin and adriamycin obviously stronger than leukocyte in many hepatoma( P ＜ 0. 05) , the opposite results examined in hydroxycamptothecine in individual patients( P ＜ 0. 05 ) , but the effection of mitomycin and fluorouracil on carcinoma cells and leukocyte was no difference ( P ＞ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion To comparing the inhibition of 6 species anti-cancer drugs on carcinoma cells and leukocyte from advanced hepatoma, the high-performance anticancer drugs were determined as results of low toxicity for leukocyte and fetal for carcinoma cells. The study results will provide identify experiment data for optimizing chemotherapy plans and improving individual therapy popularizing clinic individual medication.关键词
