Abstract
Objective:To explore efficacy of modified Huatan Tongluo Decoction on cerebral infarction of wind-phlegm obstruction.Methods: 102 patient with cerebral infarction of wind-phlegm obstruction were randomized to treatment group ( n= 51 ) and control group ( n= 51 ).Both groups were treated by the standard treatment regimen, on top of that, the treatment group received modified Huatan Tongluo Decoction, 200mL per time, twice a day, 2 courses, 14 days each.After treatment, neurologic impairment score, clinical symptoms were assessed.Results: After treatment both groups improved significantly in neurologic impairment score ( P ＜ 0.05 ).The effective rate of treatment group was 94.1％, compared with 88.2％ of the control group ( P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusion: Modified Huatan Tongluo Decoction can effectively relieve neurologic impairment and clinical symptoms in patients with cerebral infarction of wind-phlegm obstruction.关键词
