离体肝切除联合自体肝移植大鼠模型的建立
Establishment of an extracorporeal liver resection and partial liver autotransplantation model in rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a stable rat model of extracorporeal liver resection and partial liver autotransplantation. Methods The rat model of extracorporeal liver resection and partial liver autotransplantation was established by continuous suturing for the hepatic vena cava and portal vein anastomosis, bile duct reconstruction using stents, and liver resection without damage. Results The anhepatic time was ( 20.14 ± 1.53 )min. The survival rate was 91.7% after operation,and one week survival rate was 80%. Conclusion The rat model of extracorporeal liver resection and partial liver autotransplantation can be used as a reliable and stable experimental model with the high survival rate and repeatability.关键词
