摘要
Abstract
To investigate the clinical significance of the serum troponin and myocardial enzymes in pregnant women with metabolic syndrome. Methods Two study groups included 37 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome and 45 cases of gestationaldiabetes respectively. The control group included 28 cases of healthy prepartal women. Fasting blood glucose in late pregnancy, fasting insulin, weight, blood lipid, nyocardial enzymes and troponin of them were detected. Results The fasting insulin, weight gain in pregnancy, triglyceride and body mass index ( BMI ) of the pregnancy-induced hypertension group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( t was 3.16, 3.52, 2.56 and 2.73 respectively, P < 0.05 ). The fasting glucose, fasting insulin, weight gain in pregnancy, triglyceride, insulin resistance index and BMI of gestational diabetes group were significantly different from those of the control group ( t was 2.53, 2.65, 2.74, 3.61, 2.58 and 3.18 respectively, P < 0.05 ). The concentration of CK, CKMB, HBDH, LDH and the positive number of troponin were significantly different among three groups ( F was 19.61, 19.56, 21.37 and 22.68 respectively, X2= 7.46, P <0.05 ). Conclusion The degree of nyocardial function of pregnant women with metabolic syndrome is positively crrrelated with the severity of metabolic syndrome.关键词
