脑性瘫痪延误治疗的因素分析

摘要
Abstract
To explore the reasons of delayed treatment for cerebral palsy. Methods The data of 150 cerebral palsy children with delayed treatment, who visited the child rehabilitation outpatient of Xianyang Rainbow Hospital from January 2001 to March 2011, was retrospectively analyzed. Results The reasons of delayed treatment for cerebral palsy were neglect of treatment, misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in order. The constituent ratio of the three factors were 48.7％ ( 73/150 ), 30％ ( 45/150 )and 21.3％ ( 32/150 ) respectively.Conclusion It is very important to master the knowledge and the diagnostic criteria of cerebral palsy. Only early diagnosis and early treatment can patients obtain best rehabilitation effect. Delayed treatment because of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis should be prevented.关键词
