摘要
Abstract
Physiological process of human pregnancy is extremely complicated, and decidual natural killer ( dNK ) cells are the most important decidual lymphocytes in early pregnancy. The function of dNK cells is different from the peripheral blood natural killer ( PBNK )cells. They participate in the deciduas developing, recasting uterine blood vessels and regulating maternal-fetal immune balance. Decidual NK cells express many kinds of inhibitory and activating receptors, which can bind with major histocompatibility complex or non-major histocompatibility complex ligand, and regulate NK cells in inhibited or activated state. The defect of the NK cells may lead to pathological pregnancy occurrence such as recurrent abortion.关键词
