人羊膜覆盖宫颈环切术后创面修复的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of human amnion on wound surface of loop electrosurgical excision procedure ( LEEP ) for the treatment of cervix disease. Methods 168 patients performed with LEEP for the treatment of cervix benign diseases were randomly divided into treatment group ( 98 cases ) treated with fresh human amnion on postoperative wound surface and control group ( 70 cases ) treated only with vaseline gauze dressing. The postoperative complications ( incidence of hemorrhage, infection and cervix adhesion and cicatricial stenosis ) and wound healing time were observed and compared between two groups. Results The wound surface exudate in the treatment group decreased obviously and the wound healing time in the group was obviously shorter than that in the control group ( t＝ - 20. 349, P ＜0.05 ). The postoperative bleeding rate and infection rate in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (X2 was 8. 369 and 4. 638 respectively, both P ＜ 0.05 ). According to 3-month follow-up the difference in the incidence of postoperative cicatricial stenosis between two groups was not significant ( definite probability P＝ 0. 172 ). Conclusion Fresh human amnion on wound surface of LEEP can accelerate the wound healing, improve the wound healing quality and reduce the incidence of hemorrhage and infection after LEEP. This method is worthy of application.关键词
