Abstract
Objective This study Acrysof IOL implantation through after Toric clinical observation of IOL, studied the astigmatism type of astigmatism effect and the correction in the stability of inside bursa bag. Methods Select February 2009 Februay 2010 in our hospital for cataract phacoemulsification Torie IOL implantation and excise and 6mo follow-up of patients with complete 28 cases 36 eyes, respectively SN60 A T3, T4 implanted Aerysof Toric IOL, T5 group B, 6mo Acrysof IQ with postoperative IOL implantation preoperative and postoperative comparison group A wavefront results. Results Postoperative visual acuity UCVA 6 months for the group A 0.5 P 82.42％ for group B, 93.46％ statistical significance was found between ( x2= 4. 64, P ＜ 0.03 ); The group A UCVA P 0.8 for 34.45％ for group B 88.24％ , statistical significance was found between ( x2 32.98, P = 0. 000 ); Six months after surgery for residual astigmatism group A ( 1.85 + 0.46 ) D, group B for ( 0.14 ) D, plus or minus 0.24 two groups of comparisons difference was statistically significant( t = A 18.60, P =0.000 ). Six months after surgery( 1.56 IOL average rotation plus or minus 1.15 ). Conclusion Aerysof Torie IOL in preoperative corneal astigmatism orthodontic is effective, predictive strong correction method,corneal rules astigmatism clinical observation effect stable.关键词
