摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects and security of the cataract phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation in highly senile patients. Methods Phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation was performed in 96 eyes from 85 patients under surface anaesthesia. Mean follow-up period was 2 months to 60 months.Results Vision acuity was better than 0.6 in 66 patients ( 68.75％ ), 0.3 ～ 0.5 in 27 patients ( 28.12％ ) and lower than 0.3 in 3 patients ( 3.13％ ) . Conclusion Cataract phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation is effective and safe in highly senile patients.关键词
