小鼠晶状体连续发育模型的建立
Establishment of lens development model in Kunming mouse
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the continuous growth models of lens and offer the experimental foundation for further study the normal expression of decisive gene and factor during the process of lens development. Methods Kunming mice of male and female were matched and fed in one cage. The pregnant mice we.re fed separately. The pregnant mice during different fetal stages and the mice at different age were executed by severing their marrows separately. The total RNA of lens vesicle during different fetal stages and the total RNA of lens of different ages were isolated by Trizol reagent. Results Total RNA of lens from the emhryo of 9.5 day ( E9.5 d ), E12.5 d, E17.5 d and the postnatal mice of 10 d, 20 d, 60 d were isolated. Thus we got the every stage of lens development. Conclusion The pregnant mice can be got by feeding the male and female mice together, and can he known hy checking their vaginas. Then we counted the fetal day. So we can get the embryo in the different period, and it is possihle to establish the continuous growth models of lens.关键词
