胫骨平台骨折与膝关节功能关系的研究OACSTPCD

目的 探讨胫骨平台骨折复位后的骨折位置情况与膝关节功能的关系.方法 对46例胫骨平台骨折患者治疗前后进行螺旋CT三维重建检查,了解关节面损伤、复位情况并作出相应的影像学评分(包括胫骨平台移位程度评分、损伤面积评分、粉碎程度评分、总评分),治疗后6、12、18个月随访并对膝关节功能进行评价.将影像学评分与膝关节功能评分进行相关性分析.结果 胫骨平台骨折移位程度评分为15.09分±2.19分,损伤面积评分为3.60分±0.98分,粉碎程度评分为2.1…查看全部>>
