β-tubulinⅢ及survivin蛋白在胃癌中的表达及相互关系的研究
Expression of β-tubulinⅢ and survivin in gastric carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of β - tubulinⅢ and survivin in gastric carcinoma and the correlation between them.Methods Expression of β - tubulinⅢ and survivin was detected with immuno- histochemistry in 60 tissue specimens of gastric cancer and 30 specimens of normal gastric mucosa (control).Results The positive rates of β - tubulinⅢ and survivin in gastric cancer were 36.7％ and 58.3％ respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal gastric mucosa (0％ and 3.3％ respectively, P＜0.01).Spearman analysis showed that expression of β - tubulinⅢ was positively correlated with survivin in gastric cancer tissues (P＜0.05).Conclusion Gastric cancer has a high expression level of β - tubulinⅢ and survivin, which might be involved in abnormal proliferation and apoptosis of gastric tumor cells.关键词
