土壤干旱对枇杷幼苗生理代谢的影响
Effect of Soil Drought on Physiological Metabolism of Eriobotrya japonica Seedlings

Abstract
[Objective]The two-years old seedlings of Eriobotrya japonica were used as experiment materials, the physiological metabolism of seedlings including antioxidative enzyme activities and osmotic adjustment substances were investigated under three treatments, such as wellwatered 100% field capacity (FC), moderate soil drought stress (70% FC), severe soil drought stress (50% FC). [ Result] MDA were significantly increased under the two droughtconditions. At the same time, the antioxidative enzyme activities and osmotic adjustment substances were increased by drought stress, especially by severe drought. [ Conclusion ] Eriobotrya japonica was drought-resistant by adjusting its physiological metabolism, including the improvement of antioxidative enzyme activities and accumulation of osmotic adjustment substances when exposed to drought.关键词
