摘要
Abstract
This paper summarized the nursing experience of 11 children with congenital long QT syndrome.Related risk factors of the syndrome should be fully assessed to adopt corresponding measures.Patients, especially the change of heart rate, rhyme and ECG,should be under close monitoring.Great attention should be paid to various types of arrhythmia, first aid techniques such as syncope,torsades de pointes ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation.Meanwhile, medication effects should be observed strictly.What was essential to the nursing care was effective treatment and lifelong medication-taking.All the patients in the study recovered after timely treatment and nursing care.关键词
